Group therapy is one way to improve your mental health. Grief Group is for those who have lost a loved one or are struggling to cope with grief surrounding any kind of loss. This does not have to be a recent loss – grief affects everyone differently. This group will be led by Megan McCarty, MAMFT, who will utilize therapeutic techniques for healing and wholeness to facilitate group therapy. This will be a support group, meaning you may participate as much or as little as you would like. This group will meet in Memorial Lounge.
